Personally identifiable information (PII) is not sent to Google Analytics. Instead, the user's hybris ID (email address) is encrypted using a secret key defined on this Canonical API server. Use this tool to encrypt/decrypt these identifiers to join the Google Analytics data with Hybris user data.
